Evolver is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our team and work in Reston, VA.  


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

This position is intrigal in helping to ensure the recruiting activites at Evolver run smoothly and efficiently.  This position works closely with the Recruiting Supervisor to support Evolver's strategic recruiting activities.  Duties include, but are not limited to:


  • Develop recruiting strategies to source specific technical and professional candidates, cleared and non-cleared
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, interview schedules, other recruiting activities using iCIMS, the applicant tracking system (ATS);
  • Assist recruiting team in managing job opportunities in iCIMS, on our website as well as external job boards;
  • Provide full-life cycle recruitment to include: posting requisitions to internal/external job boards, sourcing/screening qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate salary and make job offers
  • Utilizes creative sourcing techniques including internet searches, social networking, and referral programs
  • Source and screen candidates; for all positions as needed, schedule interviews;
  • Build a talent pipeline for difficult to fill positions and frequently needed roles
  • Manage written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview/offer process and ensuring a positive hiring experience.
  • Participate in recruiting events/activities;
  • Schedule and coordinate participation in college recruiting events;
  • Arrange interview logistics, to include travel as needed;
  • Source candidates, use of Job Boards, LinkedIn, networking.
  • Perform audit checks on Recruitment, to include data within iCIMS and background screens;
  • Run reports in iCIMS and provide analysis on applicant data;
  • Provide research and analysis on recruiting best practices, technical markets and diversity initiatives;
  • Manage internal recruiting events;
  • Special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this job, you will have the following skills


  • HS Diploma required; BA/BS preferred;
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Recruiting/Sourcing experience required;
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Must be detail oriented and organized;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with ever changing priorities;
  • Strong computer skills; experience with iCIMS required.
  • Experience with Technical IT positions preferred.

Technical Requirements (required and desired)

  • Strong candidate management.
  • Strong iCMS ATS experience required and reporting analysis.
  • Great personal communication skills, both oral and written.
