    Evolver is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our group in Washington, D.C.  - Ability to obtain a Government Clearance is required.



    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Verifiable Required Skills:

    • 10+ experience in C# ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC. Front end experience should include HTML, AngularJS, CSS, JavaScript and Jquery.HTML, XHTML & CSS (ideally with experience in HTML5/CSS3)
    • 5+ years of experience in JavaScript including AJAX & JSON
    • 5+ years of experience using JQuery (Framework, UI, Themes) to create rich interactive content (ideally capable of writing
      jQuery plug-ins)
    • Experience with SQL Server, Writing & troubleshooting SQL queries, Reporting Writing – SSRS, Temp tables & CTEs (Common Table Expressions), Table variables.
    • Ability to code valid XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery – NOT using a WYSIWYG editor.
    • Ability to debug web pages (layout, JavaScript, AJAX) using browser developer tools
    • STRONG understanding of Web Standards.
    • Knowledge of developing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions.
    • Ability to work productively without being micromanaged.
    • Good understanding of Web Accessibility and be able to demonstrate work that conforms to accessibility guidelines.   
    • Good understanding of web standards, CSS-baseddesign, cross-browser compatibility.
    • Be responsible for all phases of the Development Life Cycle by defining and implementing system solutions that address business requirements. 
    • Knowledge on website performance best practices.

    Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

    Additional skills:

    • Experience with Visual Studio, ASP.NET/MVC, Team Foundation Server (TFS)
    • Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize IIS installations/applications
    • Understanding proper UI implementation for creating the best/intuitive user experience possible
    • Ability to create, manipulate, and optimize graphics for web use.
    • Experience with JavaScript MVC frameworks
    • Experience with Telerik/Kendo frameworks and UI components
    • Working knowledge of source control and bug tracking applications.
    • Experience developing mobile ready content.
    • Mobile responsive design and optimization for the web 
    • Knowledge of emerging web technologies.
    • Capable of estimating work load for given timeline.
    • Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills and excellent analytical and problem
      solving skills.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude and work ethic.
