Evolver Legal Services is seeking an Oracle Developer with ACTIVE TOP SECRET Clearance to work in Washington, DC.
Oracle Developer services in support of electronic discovery for internal investigations includes the operations and maintenance, requirements gathering and implementation of the Legal Analysis Workflow System (LAWS) an Oracle database system using Oracle Application Express (APEX preferred or SQL with Web App & Business Processes) as the application development tool. LAWS supports features to track all Office of the General Counsel (OGC) incoming cases and projects other than FISA applications, Intelligence Oversight Board (IOB) applications, and creation of National Security Letters.
Oracle's primary tool for developing Web applications with SQL and PL/SQL. It is preferred that candidates have five or more years of practical experience developing applications. Exceptions to the APEX requirement will be considered for candidates with a high degree of expertise in developing business applications in Oracle, strong understanding of PL/SQL, and web development.
