    Evolver, Inc. has an opportunity for a Operational Support Analyst/Mid-level Test Analyst supporting our customer with several long term federal contracts in the DC metropolitan area.

     

    ***The ability to obtain/maintain an agency (Public Trust) clearance is required.

     

     

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    DESCRIPTION:

     

    Evolver is seeking a Operational Support Analyst/Mid-level Test Analyst. Our ideal candidate will be a team player (but able to operate self-sufficiently) with excellent communication; strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills; and a willingness and ability to learn quickly. 

    Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

    EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 


    5-7 years’ experience in testing/project coordination, program coordination or technical analytical support for Government contracts/programs or project portfolios is a plus.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Directly support the technical delivery lead with all program and project management functions.
    • Be able to provide insite into concept operations testing.
    • Provide program analysis, and project management / technical support under a technical delivery team of a large, multi-year federal program.
    • Be able to balance priorities with multiple stakeholders and let them know when a task can and cannot be completed.
    • Assist technical team with execution of all PMO processes and analysis related to PMO planning, tracking, and reporting.
    • Support the aggregation, analysis, and reporting of weekly, monthly, and quarterly PMO system outputs.
    • Support program business rhythms and data calls for PMO reports and analytics.
    • Analyze PMO reports and processes to identify issues and support technical leadership to identify required actions.
    • Perform quality assurance of PMO analysis reports and provide follow up on actions.
    • Support technical leadership with tracking of program action items, creation of charts/presentations, meeting minutes and overall PMO deliverables.

     

    Technical Requirements (required and desired)

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, proactive, and high attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Quick study and desire to learn.
    • Must be authorized to work in the US and able to clear a background investigation.
    • Ability to hold a Public Trust clearance.

    DESIRED SKILLS

    • Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Access
    • Experience using and configuring MS SharePoint team sites
    • Experience working with the Census Bureau/decennial census is a plus

    Training and Certifications (required and desired)

    Master's Degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, Math, Economics, or Finance is a plus.

    Will accept Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience for a more junior role.

         

    CERTIFICATIONS AND TOOLS: 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office as evidenced by relevant training, experience, and/or certifications.
    • Candidates will be asked to demonstrate experience through a series of questions during the interview process.
