    Evolver is seeking a Records Management Analyst to support our Federal Civilian Agency customer on their site located in Washington, D.C. This is a 60 Day Temporary Assignment that may receive additionaly funding in the new fiscal year.


    The ability to obtain/maintain an agency clearance is required.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities


    • Work with the client’s Records Management Group to refine requirements and implement records schedules, record file plans and retention schedules for client’s business units.
    • Work with the client’s Records Management end users across client’s organizational units to analyze, determine and implement SharePoint in place and centralized record management.
    • Assist the client’s users in transitioning documents and files from a Microsoft Windows shared drive, folder based environment to a SharePoint 2016 document management solution.
    • Work with the client’s Records Management Group to define requirements and develop custom SharePoint workflows (e.g., for record disposition changes, moving documents to record center libraries, etc.)

    Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

    • 4+ years of Records Management experience.
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.  
    • Experience defining File Plans and Record Management Roles.
    • Experience developing Retention Schedules.
    • Experience Reviewing & Improving Document Management Practices.
    • Experience Defining & Developing Workflows for Converting Content to Records.
    • Experience integrating e-Mail, Social Media, and Multi-Media content preferred.
    • Experience in PDF/A content conversion.
    • Knowledge of Record Compliance & Reporting – such as litigation holds.

    Technical Requirements (required and desired)

    • Broad SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 ​ business analysis, design and basic implementation skills required.
    • Experience with SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 – Records Center – either “In-Place” or “Records Archive” methods.
    • Hands-on SharePoint experience to include: Performing SharePoint records management activities such as document library creation, implementing defined records retention schedules, understanding SharePoint managed metadata, and be familiar with other out of the box SharePoint record management features such as Record Declaration, File Plan, Content Organizer and reporting.
