    Evolver is seeking a VTC Voice Solutions Engineer who will work on-site at the government facility Woodlawn, Maryland close to Baltimore, MD.  

     

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Evolver is seeking to hire a Voice Solutions Engineer, who will work on-site at the government customer location in Woodlawn, MD near Baltimore, MD.  The Voice Solutions Engineerwill perform the following duties: 

     

     

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • 4-6 years of experience working with collaboration and telepresence technologies (i.e. Crestron, Cisco Spark, Skype for Business, etc…)
    • Strong experience managing Crestron, Cisco Spark, and Skype integrated Voice and Telephony systems, including deployment, configuration and troubleshooting in a large enterprise environment
    • Experience integrating Legacy PBX analog systems with VoIP SIP solutions and Skype based systems
    • Experience administering Voice Gateway technology including call routing, Trunking and DID ranges
    • Previous experience integrating emergency services 911 systems into Skype based telecommunications environment and legacy SIP environments.
    • Previous experience managing networking, IP Addressing and Subnetting in large enterprise environments
    • Previous experience deploying and managing Crestron, Cisco Spark, or Skype for Business collaboration technology in an enterprise environment
    • Strong experience troubleshooting complex voice network quality problems to find long term solutions and optimize integrations between data and voice traffic.

    • Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented and organized
    • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
    • Experience with Service Now ticketing system
    • Ability to clear a Public Trust Level 6 High Risk security background investigation
