    Evolver is seeking a VTC Command Center Technician / Operator  who will work on-site at the government facility Woodlawn, Maryland close to Baltimore, MD. 



    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Evolver is seeking to hire a VTC Command Center Technician / Operator, who will work on-site at the government customer location in Woodlawn, MD near Baltimore, MD.  The VTC Command Center Technician / Operator will work in a mission critical center where operability and availability of VTC components are highly critical. This position will perform the following duties: 



    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • 2-5 years of experience in most aspects of video conferencing, including design and layout of a conference room system and troubleshooting and analysis regardless of the equipment vendor
    • Ability to effectively conduct and interpret tests, troubleshoot solutions for highly complex operational issues
    • Experience and knowledge in A/V Teleconferencing CYVIZ advanced Integration
    • Experience with Crestron technologies (Crestron DigitalMedia, DMC-E, DMC-D, DMC-1)
    • Experience with lnfoCom Diamond level Audio Visual Service Plan
    • Strong technical knowledge of VTC and AV systems, equipment, equipment integration, operation, compatibility, troubleshooting techniques, procedures and testing
    • Operation of AMX touch-panels, Crestron, Cisco Spark, MCU, and associated audio/video equipment
    • Conduct routine maintenance of video cameras, microphones, projectors and flat-panel displays, touch-screens, Smart Boards, speakers, amplifiers and other VTC associated equipment
    • Conduct pre-meeting checks to include camera initialization, VTC dialing schedules, Mic prep, and more

    • Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented and organized and coordinate among cross functional teams
    • Experience working within a large group, fast-paced and fluid environment
    • Experience with Service Now ticketing system
    • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
    • Ability to clear a Public Trust Level 6 High Risk security background investigation
    • BIAMP Systems Audia-Certified and PolyCom certifications preferred
    • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) preferred. CTS Installation (CTS-1) and Design (CTS-D) certifications are also acceptable
