    Evolver is seeking a Cisco Unified Communication (UC) & Collaboration (Spark) Engineer Lead who will work on-site at the government facility Woodlawn, Maryland close to Baltimore, MD. 



    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Evolver is seeking to hire a Cisco UC & Collaboration (Spark) Engineer Lead, who will work on-site at the government customer location in Woodlawn, MD near Baltimore, MD.  The Cisco UC & Collaboration Engineer Lead will perform the following duties: 


    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:


    • A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience architecting, designing and implementing advanced Cisco Unified Communication and Collaboration solutions
    • Strong knowledge of Video Conferencing, TelePresence, and Spark solutions
    • Specific knowledge of large-scale Cisco Communication Manager (CUCM), messaging, presence and conferencing solution Architecture, Design and Installation
    • Ability to effectively conduct and interpret tests, troubleshoot solutions for highly complex operational issues.
    • Knowledge regrading the Cisco Unified Communications product suite in a larger enterprise setting, such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, Unified Presence, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Cisco Voice Gateways ( PRI, CAS, FXO,FXS), Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express/Unity Express, Expressway, MRA, TMS/TMS-XE/Conductor/Telepresence Servers, IX/DX/SX video endpoints, WebEx/Jabber/Spark.
    • Experience in performing Cisco Collaboration deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
    • Hands- on knowledge and experience in routing protocols like BGP4, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, Ethernet
    • Switching, and multiple layers (1-2 protocols) like Frame Relay, HDLC, or PPP will be helpful.
    • Knowledgeable in IP Networking, enterprise voice solutions, VoIP technology, IPsec, TDM Voice is preferred
    • VoIP CPE, soft Switches, Session Border Controllers, Routers, and Firewalls is preferred
    • Adhere to and enforce all relevant policies and procedures
    • Produce Weekly Activity Reports to the direct manager

    • Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented and organized
    • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
    • Experience with Service Now ticketing system
    • Ability to clear a Public Trust Level 6 High Risk security background investigation
    • CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE Voice/ Collaboration certification preferred
