    Evolver is seeking a VTC Project Manager  who will work on-site at the government facility Woodlawn, Maryland close to Baltimore 



    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Evolver is seeking to hire a VTC Project Manager, who lead a team of VTC Engineers and Operators and will work on-site at the government customer location in Woodlawn, MD near Baltimore, MD.  The VTC Project Manager will perform the following duties: 



    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:


    • 4-6 years of experience in managing IT or audiovisual/VTC design and integration projects associated with collaboration and telepresence technologies (i.e. Crestron, Cisco Spark, Skype for Business, etc…)
    • Team and service-oriented attitude to lead large initiatives and leverage highly skilled individuals on the successful deployment of new communications & collaboration solutions
    • Responsible for the leadership of a project, or portions of multiple projects, within established program guidelines.
    • Primary liaison with customers and other contractors
    • Develops project cost estimates
    • Executes processes and procedures to meet management and project requirements.
    • Develops briefs and/or reports on the status of assigned projects
    • Ensures quality assurance requirements are met
    • Monitors work and expenditures and initiates corrective action to maintain project budget, schedule and performance

    Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Project Management, or Engineering and five years of related experience
    • Experience in managing a nationwide workforce
    • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
    • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
    • Ability to clear a Public Trust Level 6 High Risk security background investigation

    • Any relevant certifications
