    Evolver is seeking a Associate Director of Fixed Income/Technical Consultant to work in San Francisco, CA.  This position is expected to last six months, with possibility of extension beyond that timeframe.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Project-manage and otherwise participate in a task force review of current Trade Order Management System (TOMS) functionality, as well as a marketplace review of competing products. Make an advocacy for next generation TOMS - Fixed Income for financial services client.

      • Keep The TOMS task Force project timeline, meeting schedules, minutes and agendas.
      • Document existing trading desk workflows.
      • Document benefits, as well as shortfalls/bottlenecks in existing TOMS.
      • Produce template for comprehensive evaluation of competing TOMS products.
      • Along with Task Force, produce written assessments of competitive products after comprehensive evaluation.
      • Manage Beta testing process (documentation + testing functionality) on related development initiatives.
      • Detail workflows and existing bottlenecks in Corporate Actions, Security Setup & Account Transitions, and Trading/Compliance. Define and scope projects in this area.

    2. Assist in other aspects of Department’s 3-year IT Plan as directed.

    Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

    • 10+ years of fixed income trading experience
    • 10+ years of experience with fixed income trading systems
    • Comprehensive understanding of trade flows through several systems and business processes
    • Proven ability to oversee project activities and manage team members.
    • Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills
    • Maintain high customer service levels by effectively working with team members, other internal organizations, vendors, and customers

    Technical Requirements (required and desired)


    • 10+ years of fixed income trading experience
    • 10+ years of experience with fixed income trading systems
    • Comprehensive understanding of trade flows through several systems and business processes

    Training and Certifications (required and desired)

    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • CFA required
