Evolver is seeking candidates for multiple openings as a Senior Web Programmers to be located in Virginia Beach, VA.

 

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE ACTIVE Secret SECURITY CLEARANCE.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership to analyze high-level requirements
  • Experience with Application and Development STIG, Application Services STIG, ACAS, and SRRs of SQL Server.
  • Development of C# .NET application(s) that heavily interacts with Active Directory Services.
  • Development of AJAX enabled .NET Web Applications, Version Control Systems, Hypertext Transfer Protocol and the Representational State Transfer architecture.
  • Development of Portlets and Web Services for Remote Portlets for a Web Portal Platform.
  • Development of Windows Dynamic Linked Libraries (.dll) in Visual C/C++.
  • Development of Single Sign On (SSO) solutions for BMC Remedy AR System, Oracle Web Center, and SharePoint 2013 Services, and Networking, Windows and Active Directory Administration.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • SQL Server configuration management, optimization, administration, development in client/server architecture, business object modeling and relational database design using MS SQL Server, and SharePoint 2013 development/integration technologies with emphasis in .NET application development.
  • Experience directly related to the development of MS SQL driven applications.
  • Experience in Web Services design, particularly identity management and security.

Technical Requirements (required and desired)

  • 8-10 years of experience related to the development of WEB-based applications using C#, .NET and Java technologies with emphasis in .NET application development.
  • Experience directly related to the development of MS SQL driven applications.
  • Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) development and implementations.
  • Work requires certification at IAT Level II in accordance with DoD 8570.01 and SECNAV 5239.2
  • Must possess a strong understanding of configuration and administration of Microsoft IIS and the .NET Framework, Integrated Windows Authentication, Kerberos and Directory Services Authentication, PKI and SSL troubleshooting, configuration and development.
  • Knowledge of DOD and DON IA Policy, and DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs) for application and database development.

Training and Certifications (required and desired)

  • Bachelors in MIS or Computer Science
  • Must hold an ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance
