Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include:


Working with a small, collaborative, and flexible team, Evolver has an exciting position that offers candidates a chance to immerse themselves in many aspects of marketing. The three main job responsibilities are to manage digital marketing, the corporate website, and create engaging content. This position will collaborate with the Marketing Manager on a daily basis in all aspects of the job.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements


  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media campaigns
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the social media strategy for the company
  • Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, and PPC
  • Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Manage corporate website: www.evolverinc.com
  • Provide the full spectrum of website management from the design and development to the daily maintenance and updates
  • Create a constant supply of high-quality, up-to-date content optimized for SEO
  • Monitor web traffic and metrics
  • Create content
  • Create engaging content for articles, blog posts, website, whitepapers, proposals, and marketing campaigns
  • Edit, proofread, and improve other writers’ content

Technical Requirements (required and desired)

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.  Will consider years of experience and/or certifications in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years professional experience in the marketing field, specifically to include proven working experience in digital marketing and website management
  • Demonstrable creative writing skills, graphic design and brochure development
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Constant Contact, and social media such as Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Training and Certifications (required and desired)

  • Experience with high tech marketing preferable
  • Part Time Flexible hours, 24 hours per week.
