Evolver is seeking a Security Administrator to join our group in Washington, D.C. - Ability to obtain a Government Clearance is required.
This position serves in the Information Technology Division of Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Architect of the Capitol and assists the Information System Security Officer with security administration concerning safeguarding the confidentiality, reliability and accessibility of networks, and information through the design, study, execution, upkeep, and development of systems, agendas, policies, processes, and tools.
Evolver, Inc. is looking for a full-time Security Administrator with functional knowledge in all areas of cybersecurity, but in particular the federal cybersecurity guidance documents including OMB Memorandums, FISMA, and NIST Special Publications. The successful candidate should have hands-on experience in cybersecurity as well as experience in an ISSO role. Candidates should also have experience designing, planning, implementing, tuning and operating IT security technologies including IDS systems, Firewalls, Proxies, AV systems, and more. The right candidate shall know and follow all applicable Policies and Procedures, Federal regulations and related rulings applicable to the systems under their charge.
