Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities



Evolver Legal Services is seeking a General Paralegal, with an Active Top Secret Clearance

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.  Will consider years of experience and/or certifications in lieu of Degree.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SSBI
  • Two or more years of litigation paralegal experience with trial experience
  • Shall have a sound working knowledge of federal and state court system, legal research procedures, and legal research resources.
  • Shall consistently deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure.

Technical Requirements (required and desired)


  • Shall have excellent written and oral communication skills and thorough knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS NEXIS automated litigation and Westlaw.
  • Shall have hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, databases (such as document review and file management systems), spreadsheets and imaging.
  • Shall consistently demonstrate ability to work as part of a team and manage complex relationships with all stake-holders.
  • Preferred, hands-on experience or training with ESI tools and general knowledge of e-discovery procedures and resources.
