Evolver is seeking a Project Manager to work in Wasington D.C

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly and monthly status reports on team activities and hours.
  • Create detailed project plans for various initiatives.
  • Quickly identify and escalate issues, dependencies, or risks to team goals or project timelines.
  • Develop and present project status reports.
  • Work with staff to coordinate and prioritize work.
  • Assist team in meeting deadlines and fulfilling deliverables.
  • Manage projects using methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Establish milestones for project related work and provide recommendations to maintain the success of projects and team objectives.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Project management experience in an IT setting
  • Experience developing and presenting project status reports
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel
  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience building relationships and influencing change among a wide variety of diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to identify risks and quickly escalate issues as appropriate
  • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and adjusting to changing timeframes to meet multiple deadlines
  • Proven performance record of timely, accurate and complete work product delivery, and strong contributions to a team
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
