Evolver is seeking a Docket Manager to work in Washington D.C.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Provide day-to-day Docket Management services
  • Collect comments received from multiple sources and loads them into review databases
  • Provide weekly and monthly status reports on docket management activities
  • Conduct validation checks on all received comments
  • Filter comments to identify duplicates and organizes results
  • Capture and code relevant data relating to comments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered throughout docket process
  • Upload filtered and codded comments into FDMS and REGs.gov sites
  • Assist with the development and implementation of best practices relating to docket management



Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience supporting the monitoring and auditing of formal process controls for Docket Management with policies and procedures
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with diverse stakeholders including internal customers and technical teams, and be a strong contributor to a team
  • Ability to maintain, and organize a large volume of documents
  • Experience in document management, including organizing and maintaining formal documentation such as policies and procedures for governance, audit, or oversight purposes
  • Ability to identify risks and quickly troubleshoot or escalate issues as appropriate
  • Ability to recommend best practices, assesses and articulate needed process improvements and required changes
  • Proven track record of timely, accurate and complete work, independently juggling multiple tasks with changing timelines and deliverables
  • Excellent critical thinking, organizational, problem-solving, oral and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
