Evolver is seeking a Systems Administrator to work in Washington D.C.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Legal Technology Support Teams host computers by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair. Apply revisions to host system firmware and software.
  • Ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission critical host computer resources.
  • Provide weekly reports on health of systems and storage usage.
  • Make recommendations and provide support for disaster recovery and system backup and recovery.
  • Stay current with technological developments in systems administration technology and recommend ways for the Legal Technology Support Team to take advantage of new technology.




Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years system administration experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of system administrator experience in a litigation support environment
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work with business customers, and technical teams
  • Proven track record of timely, accurate and complete work, independently juggling multiple tasks with changing timelines and deliverables
  • Expert critical thinking, organizational, problem-solving, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to recommend best practices, assesses and articulate needed process improvements and required changes
  • Experience in supporting strategic planning and assessing enterprise-wide needs, including for operational or litigation support application processes, data or other resources
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
