Evolver is seeking a Nexidia Administrator to work in Washington D.C.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Create and customize workspaces, validate and load case data and complete production requests as needed;
  • Provide day-to-day application support, including building search queries and executing search requests to assist end users with identifying documents of interest;
  • Complete regular application testing and monitoring of infrastructure to ensure optimal performance;
  • Monitor and report on license usage through weekly report to LTST Lead;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Nexidia issues for both the administering of the application and for end users support;
  • Providing Nexidia training sessions upon request;
  • Provide weekly reporting on all Nexidia activities;
  • Assist with the development and implementation of best practices relating to audio/visual indexing, the use of advanced analytics, and audio/visual review project management.


Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years working with Nexidia application;
  • Experience developing and presenting project status reports;
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel;
  • Exceptional organizational skills;
  • Ability to identify risks and quickly escalate issues as appropriate;
  • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and adjusting to changing timeframes to meet multiple deadlines;
  • Proven performance record of timely, accurate and complete work product delivery, and strong contributions to a team;
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.

  • Certified Nexidia Administrator.
